A deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation. To secure a reservation on a tour departing within 60 days, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Final payment on all trips is due at least 60 days prior to departure. If final payment is not received 60 days prior to departure, the reservation is canceled, a cancellation penalty will apply, and your space will be made available to our waiting list.

There is no penalty transferring your reservation to another tour date within the calendar year providing space is available and you do so 60 days prior to the start date.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds are based on when we hear from you and the number of days from departure.

• 60 days or more prior to departure: There is no penalty
• 59 to 35 days prior to departure: You will receive a 50 percent refund of the purchase price.
• Less than 35 days prior to departure: No refund is offered

There are no refunds for cancellations after the tour date or for no-shows. There are no refunds for unused portions of the trip. Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC will make no exceptions to these cancellation policies for any reason including weather or personal emergencies and as such strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.

Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Should you have to cancel your trip due to an unforeseen emergency such as illness, injury or death of a family member or yourself this type of insurance protects your deposits and payments. We recommend Travel Guard at http://www.travelguard.com, which includes one of the broadest ranges of covered causes.

Published tour prices are per person based on double occupancy. All double occupancy rooms offer either a king or queen bed. Traveling companions seeking separate beds or single travelers are given a private room for the additional charge of $675. Single rooms are limited and subject to availability.

Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason, including inadequate participation. If this happens, a full refund will be given to the client and constitutes full settlement. As our apology, a $200 credit will be given towards a future trip within the same calendar year. Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC will not reimburse any personal expenses such as airline tickets, pre-paid hotels, or other travel due to changes in our itinerary or tour cancellation. Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or non-refundable mileage awards and is not responsible for expenses related to such.

I hereby grant to Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC the right to take, and use, for promotional purposes, photographic and other records of its trips and participants. Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC never shares personal information with any outside commercial entities, except with those necessary for the normal processing of a reservation. All on-line payments are received via a secure server connection.

Various routes are available each day between destinations and are chosen according to the individual's interest and ability. At any time guests may ask for van transport for either part or the entire day's route. Although, we do our best to adhere to the schedule listed in Our Route, the itinerary is subject to change for numerous reasons beyond our control. This may include a change of accommodations, excursions or hikes, due to weather, terrain, or other scenarios. We reserve the right to change accommodations in order to offer the highest quality possible. This trip operates either rain or shine.

Guests are provided with either high-quality hybrid or road bikes. Hybrids come in both men and women models and are recommended for the most comfortable ride. A cross between a mountain bike and a road bike, hybrids offer a familiar, upright position. All bikes are fitted with a tour bags, lock and water bottle. Bikes come with standard pedals and or toe clips. Riders can bring their own clipless pedals, which we will be happy to attach. Coastal Biking Adventures recommends bringing your own helmets, however, ones are available at no additional cost. We also welcome riders who choose to bring their own bikes. We will accept shipments up to two weeks prior.

A welcome packet with detailed trip information will be sent out upon receipt of your deposit. Packets include literature about the inns, bicycle safety information, preparation suggestions, shuttle times, and questionnaires concerning any special dietary wishes or needs. A copy of our Agreement, Waiver, Release & Acknowledgement provisions is also included and must be signed by all parties that are reserving with Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC. For children under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on his/her behalf.

I recognize that the trips and tours offered by Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC will or may involve travel and activities which are, or may be, inherently dangerous to participants; that travel by public or private conveyance of any sort, or travel on foot, horseback, bicycle or on water may result in illness, injury or death which may be caused by, or result from, my own negligence, actions or failure to act of others, including employees or agents of Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC, by physical exertion for which I am not prepared, consumption of alcohol, medications or drugs, natural events or other causes.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to understand the risks and determine whether I am fit to safely complete the tour and the precautions I should take.

I am aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some of the time in which I am participating in the trip.

I acknowledge that Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC does not assume responsibility for my health, safety or security.

I acknowledge that Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC is not responsible for cancellations, amendments, or additional fees incurred by participants due to acts of nature, civil unrest, terrorism, force majeure, strikes, work stoppage or inclement weather.

I agree to wear a bicycle helmet while on tour and abide by all safe biking rules.

I voluntarily accept all such risks and dangers.

Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC may contract with independent contractors to provide transportation, guide services, rental equipment and/or all other related travel services. Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC assumes no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any services and equipment provided by an independent contractor. In consideration of Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC permitting me and/or my family members to participate in the tours and activities provided by Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC, and persons associated with Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC, I hereby waive and release its owners, members, agents, servants, representatives, employees and independent contractors, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands and liabilities which I now have or in the future may have against Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC which may result from my (or my family's) participation in the activities covered by, or related to, this agreement. This release and waiver shall be binding on me, my heirs, executors and administrators and all persons claiming under me.

I agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Rhode Island, or any federal court sitting in the State of Rhode Island, and I waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

I also acknowledge that I have carefully read Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC's general information including its policy on canceled trips, refunds and insurance and agree to all stated conditions set forth herein. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and Coastal Biking Adventures, LLC and/or its affiliated organizations.
